How does the 30-day trial work?
All core modules are open for 30 days from signup. We never ask for a credit card and there is no automatic charge when the trial ends — continuing is entirely your decision. Vertical add-ons like CRM, POS and Technical Service can be added to your plan separately whenever you need them.
Can I migrate my existing data?
Accounts, inventory and opening balances migrate via Excel import templates. Your data is always yours: list and report exports are available on every plan; full data export is offered on Professional and above.
Do I have to enter documents by hand?
No. With AI Document Capture, now in early access, you drop a PDF, photo or scanned document onto the platform; AI extracts the amount, date, account and tax fields and prepares a draft record. The draft is never posted until your team approves it.
Can I issue Turkish e-invoices?
The e-Invoice and e-Archive integration is in development and testing on GİB-compliant infrastructure; once live, you will issue and send documents directly from the platform — no separate portal or software needed. Ask our demo team about the release timeline.
How safe is my data?
Data isolation is enforced at row level inside the database itself (PostgreSQL RLS). Every write is audit-logged; deleted records are kept in an archive layer. The platform is designed around KVKK and GDPR principles.
Can my accountant access the system?
Yes. Invite your accountant as a user and open exactly what they need with role-based permissions. Because records are ledger-grade, period-end work doesn't turn into spreadsheet traffic.
Does the AI use my data for anything else?
No. The assistant works only within your session's permissions, in your tenant's context; personal data is masked in answers. Your data is not used for model training.
What devices does it run on?
E-Kolay İş is a cloud platform; it runs in every modern browser. The interface is designed separately for mobile — no installs, versions or servers to manage. You can also add it to your phone like a native app (PWA) — no app store download, updates arrive automatically.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Annual billing carries a 20% discount.
Are modules like CRM and Technical Service included in the plans?
CRM, Point of Sale (POS) and Technical Service are purchased as monthly add-ons: CRM on every plan including Solo, POS and Technical Service on Standard and above. An add-on sits on top of your plan as a single line item and can be turned off any month. The Business plan includes CRM, POS and Project Management.
Can I track my field service jobs?
Yes. The Technical Service add-on offers account-linked service orders, material usage and one-click invoicing; it can be added monthly to Standard and higher plans.
What kinds of businesses and team sizes is E-Kolay İş for?
It scales from one-person businesses to multi-branch structures. Trade and service businesses get bookkeeping, receivables/payables and inventory at the core; retail adds POS, service businesses add Technical Service, and production or project work adds BOM-backed Project Management as add-ons. Solo starts with one user, Standard includes three; add extra users any time — upgrading takes minutes and your data stays put. The interface is in Turkish and English, with multi-currency support.
Can I switch from the software I'm using today?
No. Your account list, stock cards and opening balances migrate via ready-made Excel import templates; you don't have to switch off your old system on day one — run both side by side and cut over when you're ready. To be clear: E-Kolay İş does not aim to replace statutory full-accounting packages; you invite your accountant as a user and share period-end data with a single export. The fairest comparison is the 30-day free trial with your own data.
