How does the 30-day trial work?
At signup you choose Solo or Standard; everything in that plan is open for 30 days. We never ask for a credit card and there is no automatic charge when the trial ends — continuing is entirely your decision. Until online payment launches, vertical add-ons like CRM, POS and Technical Service are added to your plan by our team.
Can I migrate my existing data?
Stock and service cards import from an Excel or CSV template (Standard). Account cards and opening balances are entered on screen and with an opening voucher today; Excel import for them is in development. Your data is always yours: list and report exports are available on every plan; full data export comes with Professional and above.
Do I have to enter documents by hand?
Today, yes: you record sales and purchases with a Simple Invoice on Solo, or with full sales and purchase invoices on Standard. AI Document Capture, which reads a document and prepares a draft record, is in development; once it opens, no draft will be posted until your team approves it.
Can I issue Turkish e-invoices?
The e-Invoice and e-Archive integration is in development and testing on GİB-compliant infrastructure; once live, you will issue and send documents directly from the platform — no separate portal or software needed. Ask our demo team about the release timeline.
How safe is my data?
Data isolation is enforced at row level inside the database itself (PostgreSQL RLS). Every write is audit-logged; a deleted record doesn't vanish — it is flagged and stays in the record history. Where data is hosted, our service providers and retention periods are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Can my accountant access the system?
Yes. Give your accountant a read-only user: they see reports and statements and export them to Excel or PDF, but cannot add, change or delete any record. Accountant Export also gives them the period's journal and trial balance in one Excel or CSV file. This user takes one of your plan's user seats.
How does the AI assistant use my data?
The assistant works only with data your session is allowed to see, within your company's context; it never creates, changes or deletes a record. To produce an answer, your question and the relevant report rows are sent to our AI provider; fields such as national ID, IBAN and salary are masked before they leave. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What devices does it run on?
E-Kolay İş is a cloud platform; it runs in every modern browser. The interface is designed separately for mobile — no installs, versions or servers to manage. You can also add it to your phone like a native app (PWA) — no app store download, updates arrive automatically.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Plan changes are handled by our team today; your records stay where they are. Self-service subscription and online payment are in development. Annual billing carries a 20% discount.
Are modules like CRM and Technical Service included in the plans?
CRM, Point of Sale (POS) and Technical Service are monthly add-ons: CRM on every plan including Solo, POS and Technical Service on Standard and above. Until online payment launches, our team adds them to your plan. The Business plan (coming soon) will include CRM, POS and Project Management.
Can I track my technical service jobs?
Yes. The Technical Service add-on offers account-linked service orders, material usage and one-click invoicing; it can be added monthly to Standard and higher plans.
What kinds of businesses and team sizes is E-Kolay İş for?
It fits everyone from one-person businesses to teams that hold stock. Trade and service businesses get bookkeeping and receivables/payables tracking at the core, plus inventory on Standard; retail adds POS and service businesses add Technical Service as add-ons. Solo starts with one user and Standard includes three; both go up to five users. Multiple companies and branches, and BOM-backed Project Management, arrive with the Professional plan. The interface is in Turkish and English, and TRY and foreign currencies work side by side.
Can I switch from the software I'm using today?
Yes. You import stock and service cards from a ready-made Excel or CSV template (Standard); account cards and opening balances are entered on screen and with an opening voucher — Excel import for them is in development. You don't have to switch off your old system on day one: run both side by side and cut over when you're ready. To be clear: E-Kolay İş does not aim to replace statutory full-accounting packages; you give your accountant a read-only user, share reports as Excel or PDF and hand over the period's records with Accountant Export. The fairest comparison is the 30-day free trial with your own data.
Is there a free version? What is the lowest price?
There is no permanent free plan; Solo or Standard is free to try for 30 days with no credit card. The most affordable plan is Solo at $9/month ($84/year on annual billing; $2/month for the first 6 months on your first purchase).
How long does setup take?
